We sat with owners, rescue volunteers, fosters, groomers, dog walkers, and shelter staff. The same themes surfaced over and over: fragmentation, verification anxiety, the exhaustion of managing care across a dozen platforms.
We sequenced huddle deliberately. Real-time safety features (Live Map, Broadcast Alerts) came first — because they had to work before anything else mattered. Then the social fabric (Forum, Discover, Groups, Chats). Then trusted care booking and pet records. Each layer reinforces the others.
