Community Guidelines

These rules apply across every part of HUDDLE — profiles, pets, photos, messages, social posts, comments, map features, care bookings, reviews, and support interactions.

1. Be real

Do not impersonate anyone. Do not misrepresent your age, identity, qualifications, care experience, or trust status. Do not create duplicate or evasion accounts after being suspended or banned.

2. Protect people and pets

Do not threaten, harass, bully, stalk, exploit, or intimidate anyone. Do not post or send violent, hateful, sexually exploitative, abusive, or illegal content. Do not endanger any person or animal.

3. Respect privacy

Do not share another person's private information without their consent — including phone numbers, home addresses, payment details, identity documents, or private messages. Do not misuse location features to track or intimidate anyone.

4. Consent and meaningful interactions

Do not use HUDDLE to pressure, deceive, sexually exploit, manipulate, or repeatedly contact another person. Do not send unwanted commercial solicitations, use deceptive profiles, scrape or harvest information, coordinate spam, or use another person’s content, image, or identity without permission.

You must respect a person’s boundaries, consent, and decision to stop communicating. Do not use social, discovery, group, map, or care features to target, shame, expose, or retaliate against another person.

5. No fraud or manipulation

Do not submit false or fabricated lost-pet, stray, or caution alerts on the map. Do not solicit, submit, or offer fake reviews or inflate ratings for care providers or customers. Do not fabricate or tamper with booking evidence, handoff records, or Start PIN confirmations. Do not engage in off-platform payment schemes to avoid HUDDLE's fees, safety tools, or dispute process.

Off-platform care arrangements, payments, or communications made to bypass HUDDLE void all HUDDLE platform protections, dispute rights, payout guarantees, and booking safeguards for that arrangement. HUDDLE has no responsibility for any off-platform arrangement or event, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

6. Care marketplace conduct

Do not misrepresent care qualifications, insurance, licences, or certifications — including claiming credentials listed as Self-declared are independently verified. Do not misuse emergency vet permission; it exists only for genuine emergencies and may not be used to authorise non-emergency treatment. Do not coerce, pressure, or manipulate customers or providers in connection with bookings, reviews, payments, or dispute processes.

7. Follow the law

Comply with all applicable laws, including animal welfare regulations. Do not use HUDDLE for unlawful commerce, harassment, fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal purpose.

8. Enforcement

Violations may result in content removal, feature suspension, payout holds, trust badge revocation, account suspension, or permanent ban. HUDDLE may block related devices, phone numbers, or payment methods to prevent re-entry where permitted by law.

HUDDLE may review reports of objectionable content or abusive users and act on confirmed violations, including removing content and restricting or ejecting users.

9. Safety-sensitive content

HUDDLE has zero tolerance for child sexual exploitation, grooming, sexual exploitation of any person, non-consensual intimate imagery, credible threats of violence, violent extremist recruitment, or content that encourages self-harm. Do not post or send such content, even as a joke, threat, solicitation, or attempt to expose another person. HUDDLE may remove content, preserve evidence, restrict accounts, and notify appropriate authorities where required or permitted by law.

10. Reports and appeals

Use in-app reporting and blocking tools where available. Include enough detail and evidence for HUDDLE to understand the concern. If you believe an enforcement action was made in error, contact support@huddle.pet with the relevant account or case details. HUDDLE may review an appeal, but an appeal does not automatically restore content, access, payments, or trust signals, and HUDDLE may preserve restrictions where needed for safety, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
