This page explains how to manage your privacy settings in the app and how to contact Huddle for requests that cannot be completed in-app.

1. In-app controls

You can manage many settings directly in the app, including profile visibility, map pin status, notification preferences, location access, and account details.

2. Submitting a request

For access, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, consent withdrawal, marketing opt-out, or any other privacy or legal request, email support@huddle.pet. Include the email address or phone number linked to your account, the type of request, sufficient detail for Huddle to understand and locate the relevant information, and reasonable information to verify your identity.

3. How requests are handled

Huddle may verify your identity before acting on a request. Huddle may decline or limit a request where permitted by law — for example, where information must be retained for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or safety. Huddle will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

4. Complaints

If you have a privacy complaint, contact Huddle first at support@huddle.pet. You may also have the right to file a complaint with the data protection authority in your country of residence.
